ValCom rents equipment, where available, to business and institutional customers for periods ranging from one day to few months. The customer is responsible for loss or damage during the period of rental. Typical equipment offered are notebook and desktop computers, monitors, printers, and LCD projectors. ValCom does not rent software except for the operating systems on the computers. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates. The minimum charge for a rental is $30. There is also a minimum additional charge of $35 if delivery and pickup are required. There are additional charges for installation or modification of equipment and for loading the customer's software. A rental is normally secured by a firm (non-cancelable) order, prepayment and /or a security deposit. For equipment rentals please call Mark Singh at 432-687-5424.
